I'm a graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University with a degree in Women's Studies and African American Studies. I am currently taking classes to finish an endorsement in English. This time next year I hope to be teaching. For now, I wait tables, ride bikes, knit, read, listen to music, garden, and work towards a better tomorrow...through my children...for my children...for all children...in hopes that tomorrow will be brighter than today.
